The 22nd annual Fair Trade Fair is Sunday November 8 from 8 AM to 1 PM in the Family Life Center. Donuts and Fair Trade coffee will be served at the fair.

GIFTS FROM AROUND THE WORLD

Women’s beaded necklaces, bracelets and purses, Canaan olive oil from the Holy Land, home goods made from recycled saris, handcrafted olivewood statues, rosaries, ornaments from Bethlehem, aluminum crosses from Nicaragua, Fair Trade coffee and chocolate ... and much more!

SHOPPING WITH CONSCIENCE

When shopping Fair Trade, you know that the artisans represented by our vendors receive a living wage and a fair price for their work, have decent working conditions and long-term commitment from buyers that provide reasonable security for the producers. You also know that the artisans have used environmentally sustainable methods in making their products.

OUR MISSION IN THE HOLY LAND

There will be a free will offering at the Fair Trade Fair to help the people of Holy Family Church, Gaza, and the surrounding community. Holy Family Church is the only Roman Catholic Church in Gaza. All donations will go to the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem and then directly to the Latin parish. The Fair Trade Fair has supported Holy Family Church for many years through its raffle.

Next Meeting

Thursday October 8 at 6:30 PM in the parish office.
